Nuggy is a Delaware corporation that operates out of Massachusetts and provides business-to-business software for licensed cannabis retailers. Business and operational data — menu, product, inventory, sales, transaction, and pricing data that you provide or that we receive from your point-of-sale (POS) system, menu platform, or other integrations you connect.
Billing information — where applicable, billing contact details and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by our third-party payment processors and are not stored by Nuggy.

Integrations you authorize — with POS systems, menu platforms, and other services you connect, to enable the features you request;
Aggregated or de-identified data — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for benchmarking, research, and to improve and promote the Services;
Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nuggy, our users, or others; and
